At one of Munich's most desirable addresses, Am Bavariaring, an extraordinary 4-room maisonette roof terrace apartment awaits you, extending over the third and fourth floors and conveying an incomparable lifestyle.
Located in a historic building with nine parties and a small community of four private owners, this residence presents itself in full splendor and dignity.
The history: In the 1880s, the architect August Voit drew up the development plan for the Bavariaring as the northern, eastern and southern border of the Theresienwiese. Within a few years, the area was almost completely built up.
The building was built in 1985 by the furniture manufacturer Johann Reichenbacher. It was initially a large villa with 2 symmetrical wings, which were later divided. During the war, the house was destroyed in an American bombing raid and rebuilt to its original dimensions in 1948. In 2012/2013, it was completely modernized and divided into individual residential units.
